Hi. We’re building excellent e-commere sites based on WooCommerce. Find out more below.

What kind of work do we do?

We are specialized in building customized, premium e-commerce sites based on WooCommerce and WordPress. If you’re just looking for some extra functionality for your store, want to start selling online or require integration with your accounting or other systems – we’re here for you.

Anything from single-item stores to B2B e-commerce (Order Centres) – we’ve done it, and we can do it for you, too. Here are a few examples of things we’ve worked on:

WordPress e-commerce development

Plain-old e-commerce sites… but no site is like the other, is it? Perhaps you want to drive newsletter sign-ups by offering anyone who signs up a unique, one-time-use discount code on your site? Or maybe you need to display your retail store locations and product availability in them? We’ve done it.

WordPress plugin development

If you require custom functionality for your WordPress site or WooCommerce store, we can help. If you can dream it – we can probably implement it. Just ask us. We like to get our hands dirty and go an extra mile (or a few) to make sure our customers get what they need.

B2B e-commerce sites

When doing B2B e-commerce, the main goal is to usually reduce manual work load by automating the ordering process for customers. Wholesale customers have their personal pricing and payment terms. It is also often desirable to enable your customers to have multiple representatives who can send orders – with different roles and capabilities. And in the end, orders usually need to be transferred to an ERP or accounting system. All of this is no easy task, but we’ve done it. And we can help you, too.

Medical / e-pharmacy

E-pharmacies are pretty new, at least in Estonia. The Estonian Health Insurance Foundation provides discounts on medical equipment and drugs for some eligible groups. We can help with applying those discounts as well as making sure the customer is eligible for the discount.

How do we work?

We’re doing professional WordPress development. What exactly does that mean? Well, here’s a few pointers:

We’re following all the best practices and WordPress coding standards

We want to make sure that any developer can read & understand our code. We make sure that we are never hacking with other plugins or extensions – we go an extra mile to make sure we use WordPress’ actions and filters properly so that our work is upgrade-safe. And that’s good news for you.

We’re never hacking on your live site.

All development and testing happens on local, development machines & servers. Changes and updates are pushed to live server only when they’re ready. We will set up a staging, or preview server where any future changes can be tested out before pushing them live.

All of your site code is maintained version-control

Version control allows us to track changes done to the code over time and roll back to previous versions if necessary. It also makes it easy for other developers understand what & when has been done to the code. Specifically, we’re using git.

Your site will be built upon the Bedrock WordPress stack

Bedrock follows the Twelve-factor App principles. What’s the benefit? Development will be easier, faster and more secure.

Your site will get all the goodies that others often forget

  • Google Analytics (e-commerce) setup & tracking
  • Setting up Google Webmaster Tools
  • Setting up Mandrill for outgoing mail so that it can be tracked for clicks, opens, etc.
  • Setting up WordPress SEO so that your site is more search-engine friendly

How much does it cost?

Roughly, our prices start at around 1200€ for a new site and 250€ for a simple, custom plugin. These are just rough indicators. Every site, every request is different, so unfortunately we can’t be anymore precise. But do drop us a line and ask. Asking is free, promise.

Fixed price over hourly rates

When starting to work on a project, we usually agree with you on a fixed price for the project. This price will include minor tweaks and modifications that will inevitably arise during the work. However, there are cases when a modification or feature that was forgotten, miscommunicated or not thought of, might increase the project’s budget. All things that can lead to price changes will be discussed with you beforehand.

When we have agreed to take on your project, we charge 50% upfront. This is required so that we both know we will follow through on our parts.
